Benefits on offer: Base salary up to $131,000 + super Salary packaging Relocation assistance $15,000 Monday to Friday hours Full time 38hrs per week Professional development & training The role: As the Nurse Unit Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the unit, ensuring high-quality, person-centered care in a supportive and collaborative environment.
You'll work closely with multidisciplinary teams, lead clinical governance, and mentor staff to uphold best practice standards.
