Audi Mosman is Hiring a Service Receptionist Are you passionate about customer service and the automotive industry? Join our dynamic Audi team as a Service Receptionist We are looking for an enthusiastic and professional individual to manage the front desk at our busy service department.
If you have a knack for communication, are organized, and enjoy providing excellent customer care, this is the perfect role for you Key Responsibilities: Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner as they arrive at the service department.
Schedule service appointments, ensuring efficient use of technician time.
Handle phone inquiries regarding service, parts, and general information.
Provide customers with updates on their vehicle status and estimated completion times.
Process service paperwork, including work orders, service agreements, and payments.
Coordinate with the service team to ensure a smooth workflow.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Assist with administrative tasks as needed (e.g., filing, managing customer records).
Requirements: Previous experience in a customer service role, ideally in the automotive industry but not essential Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer systems.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills.
