Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the hotel, including food, beverage, and gaming services.
  • Lead and motivate a team of staff to deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of quality, safety, and security.
  • Foster strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in hospitality management, preferably in gaming, food, and beverage sectors.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and make sound decisions.
  • Customer service focus and attention to detail.
  • A current RSA and RSG certification or willingness to obtain.
