As a member of our culinary team, you will support the Chef de Cuisine - Banquets with daily management and food preparation.Experience in a range of different cooking styles and preparation techniques is essential, as is proven experience in supervision.The RequirementsThe successful candidate will possessPrevious experience at a similar level in a hotel environmentExcellent technical skills with experience in running a sectionAn energetic and proactive enthusiasm to further develop your culinary expertiseMeticulous attention to detail in delivering consistently high quality dishesProven leadership skills to engage, motivate, coordinate and inspire a kitchen teamA team player who easily builds rapport with colleagues and guests alike Experience with working across multiple sections of the kitchenAbility to remain calm and professional under pressure in a busy fast-paced environmentFlexibility to work a variety of shifts including nights, weekends and holiday periodsQualificationsAn experienced Chef de Partie with expertise in a similar fast paced operation.Motivation, energy and drive to exceed expectations.A passion to learn and grow within the Accor brand. Flexibility to work on a rotating roster across mornings, evenings and weekends.The ability to run your own busy section and remain composed under pressure.Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality dishes.Excellent organizational skills and time management.Additional InformationOpportunities for professional growth and career advancement.A supportive and dynamic work environment.
