Base pay range A$200,000.00/yr - A$250,000.00/yr Direct message the job poster from Jenkin Beattie Associate Director at Jenkin Beattie - IT Sales & Tech Recruitment Our client provides a cutting edge data virtualisation platform that allows their customers to access their up-to-date and in real time data across multiple systems.
They are offering a base salary circa $225k - $250k + super + comms | OTE $450k - $500k Key Responsibilities Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities within large enterprise accounts and assigned verticals.
Build and nurture strategic relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, IT leaders, and business decision-makers.
Lead complex sales cycles, including discovery, solution development, proposal, negotiation, and contract closure.
Partner with pre-sales engineers and solution architects to deliver compelling product demonstrations and tailored solutions.
Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
Maintain a deep understanding of the platform, competitive landscape, and industry trends to position our solutions effectively.
Collaborate with marketing, customer success, and product teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and executive briefings.
Accurately forecast sales activity and maintain up-to-date records in CRM systems.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (MBA a plus).
7+ years of enterprise software sales experience, preferably in data management, analytics, or cloud/Saa S solutions.
Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding $1 M+ annual sales quotas within large, complex organisations.
Demonstrated ability to sell to C-level executives and navigate multi-stakeholder environments.
Strong understanding of data architecture, data integration, and digital transformation initiatives.
Outstanding communication, negotiation, and executive presentation skills.
Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and relationship-building abilities.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce).
Willingness to travel as needed.
