Job Description Purpose: The role of Consumer Panel Service (CPS) Australia's Omni Panel Lead is crucial in driving revenue growth through strategic client acquisition.
Positioned as one of CPS's largest investments globally for NIQ, the Omni Shopper Panel Lead will spearhead efforts to overcome these challenges by developing and executing a robust commercial strategy and Go-to-Market (GTM) approach.
This includes setting and achieving weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual goals outlined in the Operating Plan (OP).
Additionally, the role involves defining and refining the proposition for the Omni Shopper Panel, and guiding product development based on consumer feedback, while identifying new opportunities to enhance market penetration.

Coordinate the annual OP setting with targets that are both realistic and ambitious.
Ensure accurate forecasting of weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual OP in collaboration with the Account Development Team.
