Join ORS Group as a Rehabilitation Consultant and become a vital part of a growing national team dedicated to helping injured clients reclaim their independence and wellbeing.As a Rehabilitation Consultant with ORS, you will:Provide clinical assessment services and evidence-based case management supporting clients across Australia.Work within experienced multidisciplinary teams of passionate professionals that are facilitating stakeholder engagements across varying contracts and service models.Work closely with clients in diverse environments—workplaces, homes, medical centres, and ORS offices—playing a pivotal role in their rehabilitation and growth.Build strong relationships, empowering clients to reach their goals and live their best lives.Establish strong working relationships with our employer and insurer partners, and become a trusted service partner with key referrers. What We Can Offer:Flexible working arrangements aligned to your lifestyle, including options for working from home and part-time roles.Autonomy over your calendar with client appointments allocated near your location.Suburban office locations with free onsite and local parking.A tailored six-month Graduate Program offering mentoring, training, and reduced caseloads for new graduates.Who You Are:Qualified in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Osteopathy, Psychology or Rehabilitation Counselling.Registered or eligible for registration with your relevant professional body.At least 2 years experience in a Rehabilitation Consultant position (preferred)Have a car and a valid driver's licence.Willing to obtain or hold a National Police Clearance, Working With Children/Vulnerable People Check, and NDIS Worker Screening Clearance for client-facing roles.Who We Are:ORS is one of Australia's fastest-growing family-owned allied health and workplace rehabilitation providers.
