In this role: You will be working as part of the Security team, part of the Workplaces Branch of Transport for NSW.
You be responsible for card management services and the safety and security of our facilities and staff across Transport for NSW.
You will enhance existing access card processes to enable requests to be handled in a compliant and efficient manner.
You will also effectively deliver on requests relating to access cards, cards of authority and management of the relevant access card systems.
You will process complex requests, carry out auditing, provide support and identify solutions to close any service delivery gaps.
You will also develop training and support material including delivery of training sessions.

About You You are an experienced Card Administrator who has demonstrated access control system expertise and experience, ideally across complex property portfolios.
You are a problem solver who can create strategies to increase compliance and reduce errors, including system enhancements.
You will also be able to analyse data and create and present insightful reports to the business.
You will have exceptional communications skills both written and verbal, as you will develop and present training material.
You will also thrive in a fast-paced environment and be able to coordinate a high volume of requests without compromising quality.
