Hornsby Hospital's Acute General Surgical ward provides an environment where you can enhance your clinical skills to develop and strengthen expertise in various clinical procedures.

Where You'll Be Working Our Acute General Surgical ward is a 28 bedded unit consisting of general surgical, gynaecological, vascular, and plastic surgeries.
You will be working as part of a hardworking, dedicated, and friendly surgical multi-disciplinary team.
What You'll Be Doing The enrolled nurse applicant will be working in a busy, fast paced ward environment, caring for adult patients with a wide range of surgical presentations.
This is a challenging and rewarding role supported by a structured training pathway designed by the Clinical Nurse Educator & Clinical Nurse Consultant.
People of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander background are encouraged to apply.
Candidates Will Need To Meet The Following Criteria Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse.
Demonstrated ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
Demonstrated communication skills, both written and verbal.
Basic computer skills.
