Job Description:

This role is responsible for investigating, troubleshooting, and resolving incidents and services requests for network and other related technologies.

It also involves maintaining system health and performance through proactive maintenance and patching activities across infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical and problem-solving skillset, with the ability to leverage server/network knowledge and a broad array of tools to solve problems.

They should be skilled in responding to setbacks in an agile and resilient manner.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents and services requests
  • Maintain system health and performance through proactive maintenance and patching
  • Perform configuration and administration of infrastructure
  • Contribute to processes and review their application to ensure that controls, policies, and procedures are operating effectively
  • Follow and enforce ITIL aligned incident, request fulfillment, problem, and change management process for any changes required on customer's network
  • Communicate with clients in a timely manner
  • Build effective working relationships both internally and externally

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Tertiary qualification in information technology or similar field
  • At least 2 years of experience in Networking engineering with Fortinet
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Skilled in responding to setbacks in an agile and resilient manner
