This role offers flexible working hours across a standard 38-hour week, a competitive salary up to $130,000 , and the chance to work within a collaborative environment that values strong safety leadership.
To be considered for this position you MUST have experience within Engineering.
Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage WHS strategy, policies, and systems across operations Ensure compliance with relevant safety legislation, codes of practice, and industry standards Conduct risk assessments, investigations, audits, and safety reviews Engage and influence senior leadership and frontline teams to drive a proactive safety culture Identify areas for continuous improvement and implement sustainable safety initiatives About You: Minimum 10 years' experience in a dedicated Work Health and Safety role MUST have experience in Engineering Proven background in a senior safety leadership position within manufacturing, FMCG, or industrial environments Strong understanding of WHS legislation, risk management, and systems auditing Confident communicator with the ability to influence and lead across all levels Available to commence immediately or at short notice Perks & Benefits: Flexible work arrangements across 38 hours/week Salary up to $130,000 , commensurate with experience Join a company known for its positive culture and commitment to safety excellence Opportunity to make a genuine impact in a key leadership role Ready to step into a role where your safety leadership will be truly valued?
