This partner's practice spans:Major acquisitions and sales of commercial and rural properties High-value leasing matters (retail, industrial, and commercial) Complex titling and mixed-use developments Liquor licensing and gaming advisory Strategic property planning and due diligence This role presents an exceptional chance to work on landmark transactions, including capital projects , multi-sector leasing , and structured title developments .
You'll be advising well-established clients in industries such as healthcare, retail, rural, tourism, and industrial development .As part of a high-performing, collaborative team, you'll receive ongoing mentorship while also having the opportunity to take the lead on files and support junior lawyers.
