Job Description Lead the cost management on multiple projects, ensuring all deliverables and successful outcomes across pre-construction, procurement, and post-contract activities.
Manage the delivery of several projects, serving as the primary contact for project stakeholders and clients.
Lead fee proposal development.
Participate in business development sessions to secure new opportunities.
Manage Turner & Townsend financials on projects and oversee commissioning processes.
Assist and eventually lead carbon calculation services.
Qualifications Minimum of 5 years experience as a cost manager or senior cost manager.
Experience with pre-contract and post-contract deliverables.
MRICS or MAIQS certification preferred.
Experience in the commercial development and fit-out sectors preferred.
