The role We're looking for a future leader: a sharp, strategic and hands-on Account Director to lead one of our larger financial services clients – driving campaign delivery, creative strategy, operational excellence, and long-term growth.
This role sits within IVE Group's broader creative division and works closely with the Elastic team – a passionate group of creatives, producers, and strategists delivering insight-driven, effective and beautifully executed campaigns.
You'll be someone who thrives in both worlds: - Commercially minded – across budgets, scopes, and business growth - Creatively driven – with an instinct for great ideas and how to make them happen.
Not every brief is award-winning, and the work is often high-volume and fast-paced.
But you'll help shape where we go next: finding opportunities to grow our creative scope and elevate our strategic and creative contribution.
What you'll be responsible for Leading end-to-end delivery of integrated campaigns across print, digital, POS, content and activations Managing complex BAU and high-volume projects while maintaining quality and momentum Building trusted senior client relationships grounded in delivery, insight, and creative impact Identifying and unlocking new briefs, departments, and opportunities for strategic growth Bringing rigour to scope, timelines, budgets and resource planning Championing opportunities to take the work upstream and expand our creative and strategic influence Mentoring and coaching a team of AMs – driving clarity, curiosity and accountability Bringing energy, perspective, and cohesion to how the team works together and with clients What you'll bring 7+ years' experience in a creative, integrated or advertising agency Proven experience leading high-performing teams and growing complex accounts Exposure to regulated industries or enterprise clients (financial services a plus) Strong commercial acumen – understands forecasting, profitability, and pipeline planning Excellent communicator – confident, calm, and solutions-oriented Comfortable shaping creative strategy and working with in-house creative teams Energised by leadership – driving team behaviours, setting pace, and creating a high-standard culture Why this role?
