This is a rare opportunity to work on premium, cross-border matters in a firm known for setting the benchmark in financial legal services globally.
The Role: This role will see you working on some of the most significant and innovative finance transactions in the market, including: Complex cross-border financing involving multiple jurisdictions High-profile leveraged and acquisition finance matters for major financial institutions, corporates, and private equity sponsors Project and infrastructure finance in key sectors including energy, renewables, and transport Structured finance, asset finance, and capital markets transactions Advising borrowers, lenders, arrangers and underwriters across the full spectrum of financial products You will be supported by an experienced and approachable team of Partners and senior lawyers.
While you'll be given strong mentorship, you'll also be encouraged to step up and take ownership of your matters, gaining hands-on experience with client engagement and deal execution from the outset.
