This is an exciting opportunity to join our leading Real Estate Finance team based in Sydney.
The team has a wealth of experience advising on transactions across the capital spectrum for both international and domestic clients including banks, global and local private equity sponsors, private credit, listed entities and developers.
With six Real Estate Finance Partners currently in the Sydney office alone we have one of the largest real estate finance practices in Sydney and cover every sector of real estate financings including direct real estate acquisitions, constructions, public/private M&A opportunities and credit fund work.
Candidates will ideally have 3+ years PQE in real estate finance gained at a top-tier law firm either in Australia or overseas (all Commonwealth jurisdictions considered).
Candidates are welcome to work across all Real Estate Finance sectors or in a particular field if that is a focus for them.
If you have a strong background in real estate finance and the desire to work alongside some of the brightest and best in the industry, where you will gain exposure to highly complex and challenging deals, then this role is for you.
