CPB Contractors has more than 50 major infrastructure projects in delivery, across all key sectors of the construction industry, including roads and bridges, rail, tunnelling, defence, airports, buildings, and resources, providing you with career opportunities for years to come.The ProjectCPB Constructors, in Alliance partnership with Sedgman, SC Joint Venture (SCJV) has been selected by BHP to undertake the Western Ridge Crusher Project, involving construction of a new primary crusher, a 12-kilometre overland conveyor, radial stacker, and associated stockpiling systems, with a capacity of 30 Mtpa.
The Project is located on Nyiyaparli Country, approximately 21 Kilometres southwest of Newman, in the Pilbara region of Western Australia.

Engage with industry leaders from project start-up, working on a fly-in-fly-out (FIFO) basis with a balanced 20 days on and 8 days off schedule.We have opportunities for experienced SMP Mechanical Fitters , to join our team.Our Minimum Requirements For This Role AreCertificate III Mechanical Fitter trade certificate and/or Australian recognized trade certificate Completed Fire Extinguisher Training (PUAWER008 B or CPPFES2005 A or MSAPMOHS212 A) Australian Driver's Licence Construction site experience, in a similar FIFO role, 3-5 years minimum Hold a High Risk EWP & WAH ticket (desirable) Ability to read and understand technical drawings Flexibility & adaptability to changing environments Strong safety awareness Why CPB Contractors?Career Development: Grow your skills with ongoing training and internal promotion opportunities.
