Every day is a chance to learn something new and turn vacation inspiration into exceptional experiences for millions of travelers worldwide.Embrace South Australia TRYP HotelTRYP by Wyndham Pulteney Street Adelaide is on the search for a Business Development Manager to join our team.How You'll ShineManage and drive business development in Wholesale, Inbound, Groups, Tours, and MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Events).Strategically manage relationships with key partners in these segments to maximize revenue and bookings.Ensure high standards of service and satisfaction across all wholesale, inbound, group, and MICE clients.Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions for inbound, group, and MICE events.Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities in these segments.Develop and implement targeted marketing strategies to drive awareness and bookings within the Wholesale, Inbound, Groups, and MICE segments.Ensure smooth coordination for MICE events, including conferences, meetings, and incentives.Track and report on performance metrics, adjusting strategies as necessary to meet goals.This is no ordinary Business Development Manager's job; we are in search of a vibrant individual who has established networks in Adelaide and an understanding of the fast-paced Gen X and Y urban culture.
This trailblazer will not only have the personality to reflect the unique and lively feel of TRYP, but also the drive to build the hotel from the ground up.
They will deliver exceptional occupancy for opening and then transition into creating the TRYP culture of service with all the personal touches our hotel guests deserve.The suitably qualified candidate must have a strong proven track record in hotel sales, lead generation, competitive set analysis, and stakeholder management whilst having experience in delivering advanced customer service strategies.What You'll BringTo be successful in this role, you will have:Solid understanding of South Australia Corporate marketStrong Relationships with Adelaide corporate travel agentsUnderstanding of Corporate RFPsCount on me passion with leadership valuesStrong network across SALove for South Australia Wine, The Arts, and SA CultureAbout UsTravel + Leisure Co.
