The Role We are seeking a Procurement Specialist to join the Sydney team on a 12-month fixed term contract.

This role will be responsible for managing a key category of operating supplies across Australia and New Zealand.

You will oversee supplier relationships, ensure compliance, lead the implementation of global initiatives, and provide local market insights.

The role will also involve contract and pricing management, system maintenance, and cross-functional collaboration with both regional and global teams.

The Ideal Candidate The successful candidate will have experience in procurement/category management, ideally within the quick service restaurant or fast-moving consumer goods sector.

Strong supplier management and negotiation skills, excellent stakeholder engagement, and proven ability to work under pressure are essential.

Experience with systems such as SAP or WMS is required, and knowledge of broader procurement systems will be highly regarded.

Agile, organised, and commercially focused, you will be comfortable working in a fast-paced, global environment.
