The Opportunity You'll play a pivotal role in both project acquisition and delivery, working closely with our pre-construction and delivery teams to ensure successful outcomes from tender through to handover.
Key responsibilities Supporting bid and tender processes for targeted sectors Leading project planning, programming, and execution Managing client and consultant relationships Overseeing safety, quality, and commercial performance Mentoring junior staff and fostering team development Managing risk, reporting, and stakeholder communication About You Proven experience as a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager in the Australian construction industry Strong background in healthcare, education, or infrastructure projects Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills A collaborative mindset and commitment to safety and quality Relevant tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field The RCC Difference"Birthday Leave" plus 2 x "U Days" per year RCC Work Perks: family fitness passport, retail discounts, annual leave purchase options Career development and leadership programs Certified Great Place to Work Please note: RCC has a Preferred Supplier Agreement (PSA) in place.
