
Commercial Lawyer

Advise on legislative and regulatory requirements impacting business operations, including real estate, property, M&A, privacy, consumer and commercial law.
Assist in developing and implementing policies for legislative compliance.
Review, draft, and negotiate legal documents such as agreements and tenders.
Assess legal risks and propose effective solutions.
Collaborate closely with the Legal team and other business units.
Opportunity for mentorship from senior lawyers and the Head of Legal, Pacific Advisory.
About You: Qualified and admitted as a lawyer in Australia with a minimum of 2 years post-admission experience.
Possess a practical and commercially focused mindset with a strong work ethic.
Excellent communication and analytical skills are essential.
Proactive, responsive, and dedicated to providing exceptional service.
Able to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively, even under tight deadlines.
A genuine interest in commercial law, with some property law exposure being a plus.
