We are seeking a passionate and motivated physiotherapist to join our dynamic community-based team, caring for clients across various settings and caseloads.
Position Details: Full-time role offering a fulfilling career aligned with your professional and personal goals.
Responsibilities include: Providing evidence-based assessments, recommendations, and active interventions in clients' homes.
Supporting hospital substitution programs (Rehab at Home, Hospital in the Home): Acute and sub-acute rehabilitation.
Participating in government aged care programs (Home Care Package, Short Term Restorative Care, Commonwealth Home Support): helping seniors stay well and independent.
Working independently in the community and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
Engaging in clinical supervision with a designated supervisor.
