base salary (superannuation and annual leave loading are paid in addition to the base salary)Work type: This is a temporary role until 31 July 2026, full-time - 35 hours per week About the role We are looking for an experienced workplace and facilities manager to lead key project activities for the Crown Solicitor's Office (CSO) office relocation to Parkline Place in July 2026.In this new project-based role, you will have lead responsibility for developing and implementing the workplace and facility strategy to ensure a seamless office transition from Martin Place to the new location at Parkline Place.You will deliver strategic and operational plans to support the workplace fitout in collaboration with Property and Development NSW, overseeing the end-to-end relocation strategy, and implementing new and innovative facilities services.You will work in close collaboration with key project stakeholders, including the office relocation project team, Property and Development NSW, Corporate Services teams, the CSO's Extended Leadership Group and employee working groups.If you're interested in this opportunity, and ready to hit the ground running, we'd love to hear from you.

is experienced in facilities management and has project management experience in leading an office relocation and/or office fitout projectcan develop and maintain strong professional relationships and work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholdershas excellent communication skills, both written and verbalhas knowledge of innovative workplace design trends and is familiar with government policy and legislative requirementscan work within financial, logistical, and industrial constraints and develop timely solutions to complex challenges.Note: we are moving quickly on this recruitment.
