This is a full-time position.
Reporting to the State Operations Manager, you will take ownership of this centre by providing leadership and motivation to your team whilst having a significant impact on the day-to-day operational running of the site.
This permanent full-time role will provide you with opportunities for growth, stability, and security as part of the bigger AMA Group.
Role Responsibilities Production Workshop Management: Oversee production management of the workshop to ensure targets are achieved and vehicles are repaired to their pre-accident condition in accordance with AMA and Work Provider quality expectations.
Quality, Quotes, Parts and Vehicle Management: Ensure comprehensive and accurate quotes, QA inspections, and vehicles are repaired to their pre-accident condition.
Customer Service and Stakeholder Management: Provide exceptional customer service to all clients and work providers through prompt, professional, and friendly interactions.
Profit and Loss, Reporting and Administration: Ensure the site is operating profitably.
Prepare and review P&Ls, Budgets, Job costings, KPIs, and Management Reports by utilizing the tools provided to understand site performance.
Leadership and People Management: Oversee staffing on site and ensure staffing levels and processes are in place.
Proactively build and maintain positive work provider relationships.
Work Health and Safety (WHS): Ensure that the site remains safe by maintaining the WHS management system, all WHS policies and procedures are followed, and safety incidents/near misses are immediately reported and actioned.
