About the Role
Expression Australia is seeking a qualified and passionate Audiologist to join our dedicated team delivering transformational hearing services to Deaf and Hard of Hearing individuals based at our Geelong location.
This is a part-time position, working 2 days per week, ideal for someone looking for meaningful work-life balance.

As an Audiologist, you'll play a key role in delivering our clinical model of care, including :

Comprehensive audiological assessments
Hearing aid fitting and aural rehabilitation
Tinnitus consultations and assistive technology guidance
Ongoing client management through NDIS and HSP-funded services
Community engagement and clinic-based care
Supporting Expression's clinical work at our main clinics, visiting sites, and home visits

About You
You are a professional and client-focused audiologist who is passionate about making a meaningful impact.
You have :

Postgraduate qualifications in Audiology
Full membership with Audiology Australia
Understanding and respect for the Deaf community
Demonstrated experience in hearing aid fitting and audiological services
Knowledge of assistive technologies and device counselling
Experience with NDIS funded clients
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Excellent communication, time management and problem-solving skills
Current driver's licence and willingness to travel to outreach locations
Auslan proficiency or a willingness to learn

Desirable Qualities

Positive attitude towards innovation, community engagement and marketing activities
Strong commitment to professional development
