Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Implant Audiologist located in the Greater Sydney Area. The Implant Audiologist will be responsible for conducting audiometric assessments, performing cochlear implant evaluations, managing patient consultations, creating customized treatment plans, and providing ongoing patient support. The Implant Audiologist will collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes. The role is primarily based in Sydney, but does require a few regional travel days each month (same day travel).

Responsibilities
  • Conduct audiometric assessments and cochlear implant evaluations
  • Manage patient consultations and create customized treatment plans
  • Provide ongoing patient support and follow-up
  • Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes
Qualifications
  • Minimum 1-2 years of audiology experience (must have QP)
  • Experience with audiometric assessments, cochlear implant evaluations, and patient consultations
  • Proficiency in creating customized treatment plans and providing ongoing patient support
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams and other healthcare professionals
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Current audiology licensure and certification
  • Master\'s or Doctoral degree in Audiology
  • Experience with cochlear implants and hearing aids is a plus
Location & Travel

Based in Sydney, with a few regional travel days each month (same day travel).
