It also requires familiarity with the processes of the Magistrates' Court and County Court.
Excellent communication/advocacy skills - Confident approach and ability to interact with clients, opposition prosecutors, and all other stakeholders / relevant third parties including Victoria Police, Office of Public Prosecutions, and the Court Coordinators and Registry staff.
Attention to detail - expert analysis of legal matters, research & drafting skills.
Experience in Business Development & ability to manage client expectations Adept commercial acumen and disposition - proactive, innovative and outcome-focused approach Your Responsibilities: Draft relevant legal documents for cases.
Advocate effectively and persuasively to attain the optimal outcome for your clients.
Daily Court appearance work in the Magistrates' Court and County Court required.
Travel to suburban and regional Courts will also be required.
You must leverage your advocacy experience in these jurisdictions and be willing to appear as needed and advocate strongly and persuasively on behalf of your clients.
