What You'll Be Doing : Regulatory compliance and managing the end-to-end government requirements, including food safety, HACCP, GMP and FSMA.
Maintain and communicate all document control programs to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
Product release end-to-end management.
Quality training, validation and customer experience management.
Continuous improvement in quality controls.
What You'll Bring : Technically minded approach, with the ability to communicate and execute business objectives and marketing strategy techniques.
Strong track record in managing national accounts and growing market share.
Ability to work autonomously and work collaboratively across different functions within the Prime100 team.
Previous experience in FMCG / Pet speciality (or a similar field).
Thinking outside the box and being unique.
Experience in FDA certification is desirable.
Strong SQF – GFSI knowledge.
