What you'll be doing: Managing a varied caseload of property settlements, parenting matters, and family violence work.
Building and maintaining client relationships with empathy and a commercial focus.
Growing your own client base with support from the firm's internal referrals and marketing.
Collaborating with the Principal and junior lawyers to deliver outstanding results for clients.
What we're looking for: 5+ years PAE in Family Law, ideally at Senior Solicitor or Senior Associate level.
A modest referral network or the ability and drive to develop your own work.
Confidence managing matters end-to-end, with a strong client and commercial focus.
Someone who thrives in a family-oriented, collaborative team and wants to take the next step in their career.
