The Role: Project Analyst
We're looking for a proactive Project Analyst to support bids and projects across their lifecycle.
You'll provide financial oversight, manage risks, and partner with project teams to drive strong performance and results.
This is a full-time permanent role based in William Street, Sydney.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage financial performance of bids and projects, ensuring compliance with processes and controls
Validate financials at key bid reviews (Commitment Control, Gate 2 & 3)
Set up projects (WBS/CBS, budget allocation, risk and opportunity management)
Monitor and report on budgets, forecasts, variances, and overall project performance
Ensure accurate sales, margin, revenue, and cash flow reporting
Partner with project teams to manage risks, recovery plans, and end-of-project reviews

Your Skills, Qualifications and Experience:

Degree qualification (preferred)
Advanced Excel and strong analytical skills
Solid finance experience across bids and projects
Proven ability to optimise processes and business performance
Skilled in managing large data sets and cost analysis
Strong stakeholder management, attention to detail, and communication skills
