Are you a recent graduate looking to launch your career as a Dietitian and make a real impact on the health and wellbeing of individuals and communities? Health WISE is offering an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated graduate to join our dynamic team.
In this role, you'll gain hands-on experience delivering dietetic services to clients while being supported to develop your skills and grow as a professional.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver dietetic assessments and interventions using IDNT and ADIME processes, developing comprehensive care plans for referred clients.
Operate within your scope of practice under the guidance of Dietitians Australia (DA) standards, with opportunities for mentoring and professional growth.
Manage a caseload of individual and group clients, learning to handle more complex cases with the support of senior health professionals.
Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, contributing to program planning and integrated service delivery.
Provide dietetic education, information, and resources to support Health WISE programs, activities, and community health events.
Build partnerships with Aboriginal Health services and community groups, ensuring culturally appropriate health communication and education.
Participate in team meetings, benefit from networking opportunities, and engage in ongoing professional development.
Contribute to Health WISE's goals by identifying new opportunities for program development and service innovation.
