Key services provided to developers in this service line include site assessment and due diligence, planning approvals and engineering design through to completion of construction.
Job Description We are currently seeking a suitably experienced fulltime Accounts Officer to join our team based in Subiaco.
About the role The ideal candidate will have astrongbackground in accounting, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Working within a small finance team providing project support.
This includes: Project set upand closures Accounts payableinput Accounts receivable Invoicing monthly Debtors – chasing of overdue invoices for WA and NTand QLDMonthly visa cards reconciliation Qualifications About You This role would be perfect for those with some accounting experience and would like to expand their knowledge.
Skills and experience include:2 years of experience in a similar accounting role.
Intermediate to advanced experience in Microsoft Suite (Excel preferred).
Previous experience with BST will be highly regarded.
Self-starter, proactive, strong work ethic.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong problem-solving skills to efficiently resolve discrepancies on projects and AP/ARAdditional Information At Colliers, we are enterprising.
