You'll get to:- Assist with technical drawings of subdivisional road, drainage and water/sewer network designs- Carry out design calculations whilst working to project timelines and budget- Manage project administration such as scheduling, estimating, and report preparation- Problem solve complex design challenges, delivering great solutions for our clients- Strengthen your communication through gaining exposure to stakeholders such as developers, contractors, construction teams, local authorities and councils About you At Spiire, we are looking for people who are passionate about making a positive impact in the communities where we live and work.

We want people who are eager to grow, excited to learn from experienced leaders, and ready to shape their careers in a supportive, innovative, and people-first environment.- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, obtained within the last two years (or working towards)- A curious and proactive nature; ability to challenge the status quo and look for continuous improvement- An agility to move between different tasks and projects and manage multiple priorities- Ability to deliver information succinctly and present with seamless communication- Previous experience in design, construction or consultancy in an internship or work experience capacity will be highly regarded.
