Senior Property Lawyer

We have a unique opportunity for a senior property lawyer to join our rapidly growing property team.
This role is available for immediate start.
About You We would love to hear from senior lawyers who can display the following skills and experience: Property sales and acquisitions (primarily commercial), including contract and vendor's statement preparation, reviews, negotiation and conveyancing.
Property development, including the preparation and negotiation of off-the-plan contracts of sale, and managing a development from pre-sale stage through to settlement.
Commercial, industrial, and retail leasing for both large and small landlords and tenants, including preparing, reviewing and negotiating complex Agreements for Lease.
Option deeds and development management agreements.
Advising on easements, covenants, and other property encumbrances, restrictions and rights.
Basic advice around land transfer duty and other property taxes.
Experience with PEXA and SPEAR.
Opportunity to support our commercial team with overflow commercial work, if desired and/or experienced.
Soft Skills In addition to technical expertise, you'd be a great fit for Legalite if you also have the following skills: Commercially savvy.

We rarely work past 5:30pm.
