Kanda has exciting opportunities for two full-time Business Administration Trainees to join our team in Bundaberg on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
This entry-level role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to learn and grow within a supportive environment.
About the Role As a Business Administration Trainee, you will provide essential administrative support to a specific business unit, contributing to exceptional customer service and operational objectives.
You'll act as a brand ambassador, supporting business unit strategies and partnering with stakeholders to ensure timely and customer-centric support.
Key Responsibilities: Manage phone and email enquiries.
Undertake administrative duties including photocopying, scanning, filing, preparing documents, and data entry.
Support records management and workplace housekeeping.
Participate in team meetings and development activities.
Assisting with the organising of catering and other consumable.
Support document development.
Assist with incoming phone enquiries and emails, demonstrating a friendly and professional manner.
Maintain accurate training records and update relevant resource banks.
About You Willingness to complete a Certificate III in Business Administration.
Essential: Current unencumbered Class C Driver's Licence.
Essential: Hold and maintain an approved Working with Children Suitability Blue Card and NDIS Worker Screening.
Experience in customer service is desirable.
Ability to follow instructions.
Basic computer literacy skills.
Application knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Energetic, willing, and a 'can-do' attitude.
Commitment to professional development and continuous improvement.
