THE ROLE : We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Account Director to join our Brisbane Direct Team, working on an established portfolio of direct clients and some media agencies.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated media sales professional who wants to work within one of Brisbane's most successful media sales teams – in a business that values tenacity, commitment, and innovation.

What you will be doing and what skills you may have : In summary : Strategic and solution-focused management of an established customer portfolio made up of direct clients and independent agencies Develop and sell leading cross-platform audio solutions (our assets include Podcasting, Streaming, and Broadcast) To be successful in this role you will have : Proactively identify and create new business opportunities that drive growth (you are actually motivated by being the best at what you do) Commitment to achieving monthly & quarterly targets (and ability to develop tactics to ensure personal and client success) Ability to effectively multi-task and project manage Strong client service orientation and networking capabilities Resilient, dynamic, adaptable to change, and highly driven with a strong desire to succeed and thrive in a results-oriented environment.
This role suits someone with prior sales experience, and while audio sales experience is not essential, experience working within a media sales environment in the Brisbane market is desirable.
