What's in it for you?We are looking for a Consultant within the Tax Controversy team in our Perth office.
This role is offered on a flexible full-time basis.
We provide an end-to-end Tax Controversy service to our clients, offering variety in your work.
As our Consultant – Tax Controversy & Policy, you will advise clients on a broad range of tax matters, focusing on technical and tactical management of tax issues.
Your key responsibilities include: Assist in providing advice to a range of clients, from large corporates to high-net-worth individuals, helping them develop and document their tax corporate governance processes and test their operational effectiveness.
Research tax administration matters, participate in dispute resolution processes, and help clients respond to information requests during ATO reviews and audits.
Draft objections, private binding ruling requests, amended assessment requests, and submissions against penalties.
