Where you'll be working Royal North Shore Hospital What You'll Be Doing To ensure the optimum and efficient utilization of administrative services provided by the Patient Services and Information Unit and other related services across the RNSRH.
The position is responsible for managing relief and employment-related issues.
The Administrative Floor / Area Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative team, including staff rostering, clerical and administrative duties, and providing direction, support, and feedback to facilitate the delivery of quality outcomes in the achievement of Patient Services and Information Unit objectives.
This position requires close collaboration with the Ambulatory Care Manager and Patient Services and Information Manager to implement strategic initiatives designed to increase private patient revenue and ensure that new directions and strategies are implemented efficiently.
People of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander background are encouraged to apply.
Candidates Will Need To Meet The Following Criteria Demonstrated experience in staff management with the ability to lead team performance to achieve service goals and provide excellent customer service.
Experience in managing outpatient clinic and inpatient ward services.
Knowledge/Experience of billing practices, financial classifications, and staff rosters.
