As we continue to secure projects across NSW, Alfabs is entering a growth phase where we are seeking a Site Superintendent to join our Asset Remediation and Protective Coatings team based out of Kurri Kurri.

About the Role : Lead and support site teams including Leading Hands, Team Leaders, and Supervisors.
Champion a safety-first culture and ensure compliance with WHS policies, laws, and standards.
Build strong customer relationships through exceptional service delivery.
Provide weekly job reports and ensure proper documentation for invoicing.
Manage site remedial and protective coatings works, rate job terms, major service agreements, and contracts.
Oversee job execution to meet quality, cost, safety, and performance benchmarks.
Conduct internal and external audits for quality and safety management.
Represent Alfabs Site Remediation and Protective Coatings in client engagements and inspections.
Identify and pursue opportunities to expand services with new and existing clients.
Lead project execution, including subcontractor and stakeholder management.
Make strategic and commercial decisions aligned with company goals.
Handle progress claims and monthly SLA claims.
Collaborate with site supervisors for effective job and project coordination.
Manage vehicle fleet, tools, and equipment registers.
Prepare and submit timesheets, day sheets, and job setup documentation.
Develop SWMS, methodologies, schedules, and forecasts for projects.
What We're Looking For : Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role.
Proven experience in site services or project management within industrial or engineering sectors working on Asset Remediation & infrastructure projects.
Strong leadership, communication, and client engagement skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and teams effectively.
Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
Strong knowledge of Protective Coatings & Concrete Remediation.
