Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated Abuse Lawyer to join a dynamic team.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing abuse-related cases, providing expert legal advice, and advocating on behalf of clients while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and empathy.
This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, client-centric environment within a growing boutique firm.
Key Responsibilities: Manage and develop abuse law cases from inception through to resolution.
Provide clear, compassionate legal advice to clients.
Draft and review legal documents, including affidavits, pleadings, and submissions.
Collaborate effectively with team members and external agencies.
Stay updated on relevant legislation, case law, and best practices in abuse law.
Maintain meticulous case records and ensure compliance with legal standards.
Requirements: 1-4 years Post-Qualification Experience (PQE) in abuse law or related fields.
Strong client-focused mindset with excellent communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
Demonstrated empathy, professionalism, and integrity.
Ability to manage a caseload efficiently and meet deadlines.
