The role In this dynamic role, you'll build and manage deep client relationships across both technology and consulting sectors, with the unique opportunity to sell a blend of recruitment services and professional consulting solutions.
Working closely with the founders and senior leadership team, you'll play a key role in driving business growth while also benefiting from personalised coaching and development through an embedded executive performance coach.
You'll take the lead in developing new business opportunities through strategic outreach and strong relationship building, while also managing the full lifecycle of contract recruitment-ensuring exceptional experiences for both clients and candidates.
As part of a growing team, you'll have a direct hand in shaping the future of our Melbourne practice.
We're looking for: We are specifically seeking a recruiter with experience placing contractors and an existing network within the Melbourne technology market.
