Overview
Position: Project Liaison and System Integrator
Location: Picton, New South Wales
Type: Temporary Full Time for up to 2 years with possible extension
Salary: from $95,603 + 12% Superannuation
Hours: 35 hour week with flexible and hybrid working arrangements
Responsibilities

Lead the integration of Council's CRM and data systems to support the new collection contract
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and Council's collection contractors
Develop and support software solutions tailored to Council's business needs
Manage and oversee the integration between Council's key corporate business systems
Provide quality customer service and relay technical information to internal customers and external vendors
Undertake planning which may be complex and involve working groups

Essential Criteria

Information Technology related degree, relevant technology certification, and/or relevant industry experience
Minimum five (5) years' experience in a similar role
Minimum two (2) years' experience in Microsoft Power Platform development
Minimum two (2) years' experience in Salesforce development
Minimum two (2) years' experience with APIs for sharing information between dissimilar systems
Strong communication skills to relay technical information to diverse stakeholders
