We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated lawyer to join our Business Law team.
The Role: We are looking for a commercial lawyer with business succession and estate planning experience to join our growing team and deliver high quality services to our diverse client base.
You will have the opportunity to work within an experienced team which will foster your professional growth.
The role will provide exposure to a wide variety of matters including: Business and personal succession planning Trusts Business Structuring Asset Protection About You We are looking for a 4+ year PAE Lawyer who is passionate, has a desire to work in business law, and wants to continue advancing their career.
The successful candidate will: Have good advocacy skills.
Have good drafting skills Be commercially astute.
Have excellent interpersonal skills.
Be a team player who enjoys building relationships with clients.
