The Role : We are seeking a business leader to join our retail store leadership team at Hype DC Broadway As the Assistant Store Manager, you will play a critical role in delivering and executing the brand vision, establishing a high-performance culture within your store, creating memorable experiences for our customers, and achieving operational excellence.
You will collaborate with your Area Manager to foster a people-first culture within your store, maximize sales growth, and accelerate your personal career development in a leadership role.
The role & responsibilities : Passionate about creating a WORLD CLASS team and a MAGICAL VIBE within their store Drive financial sales goals and metrics for a multimillion-dollar store Deliver on the brand vision and strategy Ensure the customer is at the core of all business decisions, providing MEMORABLE experiences 100% of the time Create a people-first culture by empowering and developing your team Provide coaching, support, and feedback to drive results Recruit, select, and onboard new team members Deliver a seamless omni-channel experience through online order preparation Maintain visual merchandising excellence to ensure your store is best in class Ensure the store is a FUN and safe environment for customers and staff To be successful in this role, you will : Be a team player committed to excellence in Sales, Operations, & Loss Prevention Have experience and passion for delivering best-in-class memorable experiences Be a motivating coach capable of inspiring and leveling up a large team of brand ambassadors Possess retail store management experience in a fast-paced environment Have a motivated and driven 'Make it Happen' attitude Think strategically to identify missed opportunities and drive sales and KPIs Manage rosters effectively and achieve wage control At Accent Group Limited, we are committed to creating an inclusive workplace that values diversity and inclusion.
