As the Assistant Store Manager, you will be instrumental in executing the brand vision, cultivating a high-performance store culture, creating memorable customer experiences, and ensuring operational excellence.In collaboration with your Area Manager, you will promote a people-first culture, drive sales growth, and advance your leadership career.Responsibilities include:Creating a world-class team and vibrant store environmentManaging a multimillion-dollar store, driving sales and meeting financial targetsImplementing brand vision and strategyPrioritizing customer experience to ensure memorable interactionsFostering a people-first culture by empowering and developing your teamProviding coaching, support, and feedback to achieve resultsRecruiting, selecting, and onboarding new team membersDelivering a seamless omni-channel experience, including online order preparationMaintaining visual merchandising standards to ensure store excellenceCreating a fun and safe environment for customers and staffIdeal Candidate:Team-oriented with a passion for excellence in sales, operations, and loss preventionExperienced and passionate about delivering memorable customer experiencesA motivating coach capable of inspiring a large team of brand ambassadorsRetail Store Manager experience in a fast-paced environmentDriven with a proactive, 'Make it Happen' attitudeStrategic thinker with a proven track record in sales growth and KPI achievementSkilled in roster management and wage controlAt Accent Group Limited, we value diversity and inclusion, fostering an environment where everyone can be themselves.
