We're looking for a creative, driven Communications Officer to support a wide range of Council initiatives - including the exciting Transforming Jetty Road Glenelg project.

What you'll do: Create engaging content across social media, websites, newsletters and publications.

Write compelling copy for internal and external audiences.

Drive communications for the Jetty Road transformation – from project updates to stakeholder engagement.

Work within the Communications & Engagement team to deliver campaigns, public-facing communications, and consistent messaging across channels.

What you'll bring: Strong writing and editing skills, with a sharp eye for detail and accuracy.

Confidence producing content for multiple platforms – print, digital, and everything in between.

Experience creating and managing content across social media platforms.

A knack for turning complex information into clear, relatable messages.

A collaborative, positive approach and the ability to meet deadlines.
