As a Site Reliability Engineer, you will help build and maintain resilient, scalable, high-performance systems on Google Cloud.
You will work closely with experienced engineers and consultants, applying SRE principles to improve system reliability and automate operations, directly impacting our clients' success.
Your day-to-day responsibilities include: Automate and Enhance: Write scripts and use Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform to automate cloud infrastructure provisioning and management.
Monitor and Respond: Implement and refine monitoring and alerting solutions using tools like Grafana and Google Cloud's Operations Suite to ensure system health and proactive issue detection.
Improve Pipelines: Assist in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines to enhance deployment speed and reliability.
Troubleshoot: Collaborate to resolve incidents across client environments, performing root cause analysis to prevent recurrence.
Shared On-Call Support: Participate in rotation to respond to critical incidents, ensuring system stability.
Continuous Learning: Stay updated with new technologies and skills such as containerization with GKE, advanced networking, and security best practices.
