Are you ready to shape conversations, elevate brands, and drive strategic visibility across the Northern Territory's most dynamic businesses and innovation platforms?ACTIO Group is seeking a proactive and creative Social Media and Marketing Associate to support our in-house projects, including the Women's Innovation Network NT (WINNT) and our diverse client portfolio.
From digital campaigns and events to social engagement and brand storytelling, this is a role for someone who is as strategic as they are hands-on.
What You'll Be Doing You'll work across multiple brands and channels to: Support the development and delivery of campaigns spanning digital, email, social, and print Coordinate marketing materials, from concept through to production, ensuring brand consistency and high-quality execution Create, schedule, and manage content for multiple social media accounts, engaging audiences and amplifying reach Conduct market research and trend analysis to inform data-driven marketing decisions Assist in planning and delivering high-impact events, activations, and trade show representation Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing efforts with broader commercial and program goals Monitor and report on performance metrics such as website traffic, conversions, and social engagement Maintain marketing administration, databases, and campaign schedules Support marketing delivery for WINNT's public events calendar Your Toolkit We work across the following tools and platforms: Canva Mailchimp Trello and ASANAMeta Ads Manager and Google Ads Adaptability and comfort with evolving tools and systems is key as we continue to innovate internally.
What We're Looking For You'll thrive in this role if you: Have 2+ years experience in a marketing or communications role (agency or in-house)Understand how to build and execute social campaigns that are creative and commercially aligned Can confidently navigate Meta Business Suite and Google Ads Are highly organised, creative, and able to manage multiple deadlines Have excellent written communication skills and a sharp eye for detail Enjoy working across teams and projects with a sense of energy and ownership Have an understanding of the Northern Territory business landscape, or a strong willingness to immerse yourself in it Why ACTIO?We are not just another consultancy.
