S., and India , they provide a fully integrated suite of services including wealth management, tax advisory, estate planning, and deal advisory .
Their mission is simple yet powerful: to protect and grow generational wealth through personalised and strategic advice.They are now seeking a Senior Tax Manager / Accounting Director to join their Melbourne team.
This is a pivotal leadership role, offering the chance to oversee a high-performing accounting function, work directly with ultra-affluent clients, and collaborate with international teams. Public Practice Accounting experience is essential.Will accept applications from Senior accountants or Junior level Managers as well.
Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage end-to-end accounting processes for a portfolio of high-net-worth family clients, ensuring compliance with Australian and international reporting standards.
Review and oversee preparation of financial statements, tax returns, and regulatory filings, liaising with both internal and external stakeholders.
Deliver strategic advice on tax planning, asset structuring, and wealth preservation , tailored to each client's unique needs.
Partner with investment, legal, and estate planning teams to deliver holistic financial solutions .
Mentor and manage a team of accountants, fostering a culture of growth, collaboration, and professional excellence.
Drive improvements in processes, policies, and procedures to enhance efficiency and client outcomes.
About You:CA/CPA qualified , with extensive experience in accounting and financial reporting.
Strong background in managing complex financial affairs for high-net-worth individuals or family offices.
In-depth knowledge of Australian taxation and an understanding of international tax considerations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong, trusted client relationships.
Proven leadership experience with a track record of developing and empowering teams.
Commercially minded, proactive, and solutions-focused.
