The Just Group encompasses five renowned brands—Just Jeans, Jay Jays, Portmans, Jacqui E, and Dotti—and operates over 700 stores across the region.
About the Role  We are looking for a fashion loving, creative and sociable Social Media Coordinator to join the Jay Jays Marketing team Reporting into the Marketing Manager, and working alongside the Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for creating engaging content to drive our social media strategy, delivering on brand and communication goals, increasing followers, reach, engagement and conversion.
This role is full time based at our Support Office on St Kilda Rd.
Responsibilities Work with the Marketing Team to develop and evolve the social media content and strategy  Explore and implement new ways to leverage social media channels to increase brand awareness, sales and drive traffic to our website and stores Research, Plan and Produce creative for use on all social media channels Create social media advertising campaigns that deliver on specific brand and tactical objectives Coordinate and implement the content for our social channels Tik Tok, Instagram and You Tube Provide weekly and monthly summary reporting and insights on the brand's social media performance Contribute to wider digital marketing initiatives, including email marketing campaigns (EDMs) and influencer collaborations.
Skills & Experience You have demonstrated experience in social media, even on your own channels  Tertiary education in a marketing-related field would be ideal   You are passionate about the Jay Jays customers' wants and needs, the brand and product range Strong organisational, attention to detail and time management skills Deep interest in social platforms (Instagram, Tik Tok, Facebook) and their trends Demonstrated experience in image and video editing software (e.g.
